September Newsletter 2020

As we head into Autumn, we wanted to catch up with you all.

Firstly, we hope that you have had the best summer possible despite the new norm we find ourselves in. Here at Skydive Algarve we feel very lucky to have been able to open every day and manage a full operation since re-opening at the beginning of June. It’s been great to see familiar faces returning to jump with us, as well as many new ones, over the past few months. Regarding Covid-19 the recommendations we have in place are being followed and we continue to abide by the relevant entity’s rules and regulations here in Portugal.

We are so happy to announce that our Xmas Boogie will be going ahead as planned this year -the scheduled dates are 20^th December to 3^rd January. Please look out for more information and details on the registration procedure (coming soon) on our Facebook event page. Equal to last year, places will be limited so please register early to avoid disappointment.

We currently have the pleasure of hosting the Qatar Tigres Team Training camp, who are training hard under the watchful eye and coaching expertise of Gary Smith. We want to remind all our clients that we are available all year round to welcome team training, external schools and group events here at Skydive Algarve- please email events@skydivealgarve.com with your enquiries/  to book.

We are super excited to be receiving Tora Tora’s Paradise Portugal Boogie this week which will take place over a 2-week period. This Freefly skills camp led by Dutch skydiver,  Jasper Van der Meer, (along with his team of highly skilled and renowned Freefly coaches, from around the world) has become an annual fixture in the Skydive Algarve calendar and we are so happy that it will go ahead as planned.
