Your personal information is gathered when you book online or make any kind of enquiry through our website. Once you have booked additional information is gathered for for insurance and training purposes.
Financial information is only gathered when a reservation is made, and this information is held securely by our merchant provider, Paypal.
Your privacy is important to us, therefore the data that you provide will be used only for the purposes intended.
We will adequately protect your personal data, taking the necessary measures to prevent loss, alteration or unauthorized access by third parties that may be used for purposes other than those requested by you. You have the right to access the file and to correct your data, cancel or object to be treated. What we do with the information
Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it is intended.

Personal information pertaining to official business such as insurance policy requirements and statistics collation with be passed on to our governing bodies, this may include FEADA – Spain, FPPQ – Portugal & USPA – United States.
If you are taking part in a fundraising activity (for example a charity skydive) your contact details will be shared between ourselves and the charity you are fundraising for. This is to allow the charity to support you with your fundraising efforts as well as to prevent fraud and the theft of donations intended for charitable causes.
Should you enquire about skydiving at any of our other Swallow Group companies then, with your consent, your contact details will be shared so they can send you the relevant information you have requested.
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. You may do this at any time by post or email.
Email Correspondence & Direct Marketing
When a reservation is made or altered we will send you a confirmation letter by email. Gift vouchers and confirmation letters may also be sent to you by post. It is vital that our customers receive full booking information ahead of their experience with us and therefore by making a reservation with us all customers are agreeing to this information being sent in some format.
You will never be added to any marketing campaign without your consent.
You may be sent a thank you email after your experience with us, as well as a request for a review or feedback from ourselves or from a third-party review site such as Trip Advisor and information.
We may also from time to time send information about further courses or special offers. You may unsubscribe from these at any time.
Email newsletters will be sent to those who have signed up via our website or have subscribed via our email links however you can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link, or by contacting us directly.
